Jim Bean, an immigrant, resident of Los Angeles, dissenter of the political system and the behavior of society. Tired of his miserable life that includes working as a cleaner of sewers, and a wife who cheated on him, finds a way to leave everything behind, and enjoy full happiness by accepting an offer to go to a remote island where money or prejudices do not exist.
